All accredited master’s programmes are eligible except vocational training courses.
💰 Scholarship Value and Duration
The Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarships provide:
€10,000 per year
Payment for 10 consecutive months (September to June)
Up to €1,000 for travel and visa expenses (depending on country of origin)
The scholarship is awarded for 1 or 2 years, depending on whether the student is admitted into M1 or M2. Continued funding requires successful academic progression.

Eligible Applicants
Applicants must:
Be admitted to a master’s programme at one of the listed institutions
Be newly arrived international students aged 30 or younger during the selection year.
Additionally, the following categories qualify:
Foreign students living in France for less than one year and enrolled in non-certifying training or internships
Students taking French language courses (FFL) for less than one year
Students previously in France under mobility programmes (e.g., Erasmus) that did not lead to certification
Ineligible Applicants
Students currently or previously enrolled in a French higher education institution (except French institutions abroad)
Individuals who interrupted studies for more than 3 consecutive years
Students holding another scholarship exceeding €650 per month
